ADUSA

Institutional Capital.
Unfiltered Deal Flow.

We bridge the execution gap between $1.5 trillion of UAE sovereign wealth and precise, actionable US mid-market opportunities. No intermediaries. No generic mandates.

The Mandate has Changed.

Abu Dhabi institutions are no longer passive LP allocators content with generic mega-funds. The shift is towards direct co-investments, bespoke GP stakes, and late-stage tech growth equity.

If you are pitching a standard 2-and-20 blind pool without direct access rights, you are ten years late to the region.

Common Pitch Mistakes

  • 01
Assuming homogenous capital. Mubadala's mandate is entirely different from a prominent local merchant family. Pitching them identical decks fails immediately.
  • 02
Lack of local presence commitment. Capital wants knowledge transfer. If you aren't considering an ADGM office or regional hire, you are at a disadvantage.
  • 03
Fee opacity. Middle eastern institutional capital is highly fee-sensitive on blind pools, offset by willingness to pay for direct performance.
